By accessing and using the Night Bus (NB) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Night Bus provides a digital marketplace for bus ticket bookings, vehicle rentals, event management services, and enroute dining. We act as an intermediary between users and service providers (Bus Operators, Vendors, etc.).

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information during booking. Any discrepancy in details (like ID proof for travel) may lead to cancellation by the service provider without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Night Bus is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality issues caused by third-party providers. However, we will assist in resolving disputes to the best of our ability.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
