1. Digital Ticket Delivery

Night Bus is a digital platform for booking travel and event services. All tickets, booking confirmations, and tax invoices are delivered digitally via:

• WhatsApp Message (Instant)
• Registered Email Address
• In-App "My Bookings" Section

2. Delivery Timeline

Confirmed bookings are issued instantly upon successful payment. In rare cases of network delays, issuance may take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive your ticket within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

3. Physical Items

Currently, Night Bus does not ship any physical products. All enroute dining (Smart Food) is delivered physically to your seat on the bus as per the scheduled halt time.

4. Shipping Charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges applicable for digital tickets or booking confirmations.

5. Proof of Delivery

The electronic confirmation (e-ticket or booking ID) sent to your registered contact channel serves as valid proof of delivery for your booking.
