Refund & Cancellation

1. Bus Ticket Cancellations

• More than 24 hours before departure: 100% Refund
• 12 to 24 hours before departure: 50% Refund
• Less than 12 hours before departure: No Refund

2. Vehicle Rental Cancellations

Rentals follow a strict 48-hour cancellation policy for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time will be subject to a 20% processing fee.

3. Event Services

Event service cancellations are subject to individual vendor policies, typically requiring 7-day prior notice for a full refund of the deposit.

4. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to the original source of payment within 5-7 working days as per standard banking procedures.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Booking convenience fees and insurance premiums are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, strikes, or sudden government restrictions, NB will work with operators to provide either a full refund or an alternative travel date.
